I am a Systems Engineer with more than two decades of experience in mission-critical engineering for defense & space (17 years), including satellites, radars, comms, avionics, and embedded systems. I am an author of books on systems engineering, space, and tech management. I specialize in bleeding-edge R&D where uncertainty is high, design space is vast, and speed is king. I have founded tech startups, held CTO and VP positions in space & defense companies, and scaled engineering teams globally. I have led the development of the world's first SAR smallsat constellation, the first indigenous SATCOM bus in the Nordics, and countless hardware/software codesign cycles. I am a researcher working on AI adoption in product development.
