Bio
I am a Systems Engineer with more than two decades of experience in mission-critical engineering for defense & space, including satellites, radars, comms, avionics, and embedded systems. I am an author of books on systems engineering, space, and tech management. I study the engineering practice with the objective of making our craft better by avoiding the traps that make it slow and costly. In my role as Founder and Managing Partner at Kano, I help customers create, acquire, invest in, and audit mission-critical technology, examining both the technology and the human dynamics behind it.
